Q: I usually purchase hardcopies of materials from Ivey Publishing—can I get digital versions?
A: The majority of our products are available in digital format, however, if you have questions regarding a specific product, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Can cases be posted to a LMS (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, etc.)?
A: Yes. Once you purchase your digital permissions, our cases can be posted to a password-protected LMS for the duration of the course.
Q: I have ordered print copies of cases and now want them as digital copies. What is the process?
A: Please contact our Customer Support Team (email@example.com) and we will provide you with a digital download.
Q: What do I do about my materials for a class that has been cancelled or deferred?
A: We are happy to adjust the use dates of any materials for any classes cancelled or deferred. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
